1. Check whether the mold has locating ring and matches the machine size.
2. Die fixing screws are missing, loose and tightened.
3. Ensure that the water / oil in the mold is transported smoothly and that the screws do not slide.
4. Whether the holes on the die ring are safe and whether the front and rear dies have die locking buckles.
5. Check whether the die nozzle is missing or damaged.
6. Check the relevant configuration parameters in the switch mode of the corresponding machine to see whether the setting of each operation is reasonable and safe.
7. Prepare upper and lower mold tools, such as wrench, waterproof tape, splint, water screwing, water pipe, oil pipe and lifting ring, and then start the mold.
